So where is she off to?

After months of reading and researching and mulling over what I want to see, I've finally settled on an itinerary.

THEY'RE HERE!! My Rudy Projects finally arrived! So what are Rudy Projects? In my opinion, they are some of the coolest high performance sunglasses around and I'm the lucky owner of a pair Ekynox SX with two pairs of interchangeable lenses - pair for walking around the streets of India and the other for trekking in the high altitudes in Tibet.

....but, why would I care to blog about my Rudy Projects? Because there's a good story behind them and I don't want to forget it.

When you think of Peru, you think of llamas, Australia....the kangaroo, Egypt....the camel. So what comes to mind when you think of Tibet? Only one four legged creature is unique to this part of the world -- the yak!

From sweat to shivers.

Since going to Tibet was the real objective behind this trip, I decided to travel in October - which is, according to most of the guide books and travel sites that I read, is THE best month to go to Tibet.
